Boot Camp has served as a worthy summer tradition of ArkACRAO for many years, for its primary purpose is to equip the newest employees within the areas of admissions and recruitment through a variety of educational sessions and personalized training to take back to their campuses. This one-day event provides not only essential knowledge but a chance for valuable peer networking and professional leadership opportunities within the entire organization. Attendees will also receive a binder filled with official ArkACRAO documents, helpful presentations, advice, and additional resources to serve as a guide for them on their new journey into higher education.
